Paul Heinzelmann, MD, MPH (Dr. Paul)
SetMD Medical Director, Dr. Heinzelmann, is an urgent care and primary care physician based at Massachusetts General Hospital. He has been providing these services to the general population and those working in the motion picture industry for over 12 years. Dr. Paul integrates house calls and digital health (e.g. telemedicine) into his practice model to best serve the health needs of busy productions.

Olga Smulders, MD
Dr. Olga Smulders is an internist affiliated with Massachusetts General Hospital, where she has worked in Primary care and urgent care for over 25 years. She is an Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School and received her medical degree from University of Amsterdam Faculty of Medicine. She is a caring and senior attending physician with an in depth knowledge in Women’s Health issues.
Justin Miller, Healthcare Architectural Designer
Justin Miller is an experienced designer with over ten years of education, research, and practice in the architecture profession. He holds a Master of Architecture degree with a specialization in Healthcare Design and Planning, and has worked on numerous healthcare design projects for clients such as Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston Children’s Hospital, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and many more. Justin has creative expertise in designing, visualizing, and constructing various types of healthcare environments.

With over a decade of experience in accounting, production assisting, and acting in both Boston and LA, Kimbette understands the operational and financial needs of production as well as the expectations of the executives and talent.
Chelsey Casasanta, Medical Assistant
Chelsey Casasanta is an experienced Registered Medical Assistant and licensed phlebotomist at Massachusetts General Hospital. Highly attentive and caring, she understands the frenetic nature of the motion picture industry on a personal level.
Michael Farzam, MD
Dr. Michael Farzam provides high-quality comprehensive care. Not only is he compassionate, but Michael also takes pride in paying close attention to each patient’s needs. He is affiliated with Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles and is experienced, trained and equipped to diagnose and treat most acute or chronic medical problems and minor injury.
Kate Peters, MPH
Kate Peters, MPH is a Public Health Epidemiologist who specializes in prevention of communicable diseases including COVID-19. She has a Master of Public Health Epidemiology degree from San Diego State University and has been working in partnership with public health departments, laboratories, and hospitals to prevent the transmission of communicable illnesses since 2005.
David Seitz, MD
Dr. David Seitz is a caring family physician treating both children and adults in the New York City area. Affiliated with both the New York Presbyterian Hospital System (including Cornell Presbyterian, Columbia Presbyterian and Nyack Hospital) and the Continuum Health Partners/Beth Israel Healthcare System, Dr. Seitz can assure patients that they will receive VIP care both in and out of the hospital.
