COVID-19 Control Plan Team

Paul Heinzelmann, MD, MPH

Founder and Medical Director of SetMD, “Dr Paul” has been providing medical services to film and television productions since 2007. He is a Primary Care and Urgent Care physician at Massachusetts General Hospital and Instructor at Harvard Medical School. He holds a Master of Public Health degree in International Health from Harvard T.C. Chan School of Public Health, and a Diploma in Tropical Medicine and Hygiene from the Royal College of Physicians, London. He has recently completed COVID-19 training certifications through OSHA (Preparing Workplaces for COVID-19) and the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health (COVID-19 Contact Tracing).

Christopher J Maldonado, LA & NY Operations

Director Chris is an actor, writer, film producer, and Emmy nominated documentary TV producer. With over 16 years experience in various facets of film and television production, he understands the creative culture, as well as the needs and logistics challenges the entertainment industry faces in getting production up and running safely in the era of COVID-19.

Traci M. Doherty, FNP

Traci M. Doherty is a family nurse practitioner with over 20 years of experience. Traci has a BSN and MSN from Johns Hopkins University. She also has a Master of Public Health from Tulane University School of Public Health & Tropical Medicine. (She is fluent in five languages and loves to travel with her husband and three children.)

Sabina Islam, MD

Doctor Islam is an Infectious Disease specialist at Massachusetts General Hospital and an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical school. She is available by schedule for video or phone consultation to help address production concerns related to COVID-19.
