Meet The SetMD Team
Founder, CEO
Paul Heinzelmann, MD, MPH
Dr. Paul knew he wanted to change the medical industry since he was a teenager. The frustration of having an aloof doctor and a nerve impingement that went undiagnosed for years became his motivation to pursue a career in medicine. Paul was determined to become a “better kind of doctor” that is attentive and empathetic. He went on to train at the University of Wisconsin and the Harvard School of Public Health, and is now an Urgent Care and Primary Care Physician based at Massachusetts General Hospital.
Originally from Wisconsin, he now lives in Boston with his wife Kathleen and son Otto. He enjoys playing guitar, and is producing a documentary series called Safer Sets that explores the health and safety challenges of the entertainment industry.

Clinical Services Director
Traci Doherty, NP
Traci Doherty is a Family Nurse Practitioner with an MPH in International Health / Tropical Medicine. With over 20 years of clinical experience, she joined SetMD in August 2020 and oversees testing teams in multiple locations; in addition, Traci works with clients as a clinical liaison and Covid Compliance Officer.
She originally hails from the Boston area, though she has worked and traveled all over the world as a nurse. She loves meeting new people and hearing their stories – a documentarian at heart! In her spare time, she loves to travel with her family, hike with her dog, and play tennis.

Director of Operations
Breton Worthington
Sporting both a background in documentary filmmaking and biology, Breton Worthington brings with him a technical understanding of healthcare services and an appreciation for the time-sensitive logistics of filmmaking.
As the Director of Operations at SetMD and a fellow storytelling enthusiast, he takes great pride in guiding productions through the hoops and hurdles of operating under COVID-19. He takes pride in enabling theatre and film productions to continue creating stories we love.
Set Physician
Annie Brewster, MD
Annie is an Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School, a practicing Internist at Massachusetts General Hospital, and Founder and Executive Director of Health Story Collaborative, a nonprofit committed to empowering patients and their loved ones, building community, strengthening patient-provider connections, and ultimately transforming healthcare through storytelling.

Chiemezie Ikechukwu-Osu
New York Clinical Lead
Dr. Chiemezie Ikechukwu-Osu earned her medical degree from Caribbean Medical University and currently serves as the Clinical Leader for productions in NYC. She oversees COVID testing logistics, testing staff, and managing testing supplies. She completed her Clinical clerkships in Chicago, where she frequently saw trailers for the TV show Chicago Med and wondered what it would be like to be part of such production.

Kimbette Fenol
Accounting
Born and raised in Boston, Kimbette has lived in NYC, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and Fiji. She not only has over two decades of experience in front of the camera but also behind the camera. Since the beginning, she has been an essential member of SetMD and will continue to lend her expertise for years to come. When she is not busy crunching numbers or honing her acting skills, you can find Kimbette feasting on a cheese and charcuterie board while sipping a chilled glass of white zin and chilling with her puppy.
Brooke Teves
Client Services Manager
Brooke was drawn to filmmaking in high school started taking film classes. Brooke attended Fitchburg State University, earning the Film Student of the Year award. She majored in Communications Media with a focus in Film/Video and minored in Earth Science to help better her nature documentaries. Brooke’s work includes content creator at the Massachusetts Dept of Wildlife, a studio technician for NESN’s pregame and postgame shows, and the Red Sky Studios lighting warehouse. During the pandemic, she has used her knowledge of filmmaking as a Health and Safety Officer.
Toby S. Pruett, EMT, AEA
Entertainment Industry Consultant
Toby has a medical background as an EMT stemming from his work as a classical actor and stuntman. He trained as an actor with the National Shakespeare Conservatory in New York City, where he performed in over 70 Off & Off-Off-Broadway shows. Seeing a need for medical training in theater personnel, Toby swapped his swords for scrubs for a while before returning to the stage. Once back, he worked with major marquee properties in Themed Entertainment for Walt Disney World, Knott’s Berry Farm, and both “Terminating” and “Wizarding” with Universal Studios in Orlando, Japan, and Hollywood. There is a good chance you have a photo with him already if you’ve visited the Theme Parks! Before the pandemic, he could be found back of the house as artistic staff with Feld Entertainment’s Performance Director division assigned to Marvel Universe LIVE and Jurassic World LIVE world tours. After the rise of the Covid-19 pandemic, he returned to healthcare to assist the film industry get back to work safely as the Director of Production Health and Safety for Miramax on five feature films. Always looking to find creative solutions for Entertainment, Toby is thrilled to now be joining the SetMD team to bring personalized solutions to the Entertainment Industry.
Nicole Kaine
Results Manager & NYC Coordinator
Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, Nicole’s family influenced her with a blend of science, photography, and art. She graduated from the University of South Carolina with a dual degree in Cultural Anthropology and Spanish Language. To further pursue her interest in art and culture, she then moved to Madrid, Spain, at the age of twenty to study for a Master’s Degree in cultural communication and heritage law.
After completing her degree and teaching art at a primary school in Spain, she moved to New York City, where she worked as a studio manager and producer for a renowned beauty photographer. As the results manager and NYC coordinator, she brought her producing and client-facing skills to SetMD.
Nicole is also a certified yoga instructor and is currently completing her Doula certification
Ava Holmes
Laboratory Coordinator
Ava trained as an Emergency Medical Technician and Phlebotomist, as well as serving as a line worker for a crisis hotline. She holds CDC and CLIA certifications, and completed coursework in laboratory science. She moved to Boston from the Pacific Northwest after completing her degree in Biology with an emphasis on conservational fishery science and ecology.
Ava loves to fish, scuba dive, and hike with her German Shepherd, Max.
